Teams will be formed based on handicaps. This is a tee-time event starting at noon. Event is capped at 48 players.
Each player in the foursome tees off from the gold tees. The players decide which tee shot they want to play next. All players then hit the next shot from that position and continue to play their own ball until everyone has holed out. Once everyone has holed out, the 2 best scores are recorded as the team's score for that hole.
After a tee shot is selected, the normal rules of golf apply for the remainder of each hole as you play your own ball.
Each team must use each golfer's tee shot a minimum of 3 times.
All 2nd shots must be played within 1 club length (not closer to the hole) from the selected player's ball position.
If the tee shot you choose to play is in a hazard (sand, water, etc.), the rough or out of bounds, you cannot drop the ball outside of the hazard or rough, even if relief is within one club length away.
All ties will be broken by taking the results going back from the 18th hole until we have a score difference to decide the winning team.
Teams will be formed using handicaps with each team's total handicap being as equal as possible.
